What does it mean to be creative? Someone could look up the dictionary definition and get a textbook answer, words about originality and imagination. But is it really that simple? What is the definition to an artist that works on a sculpture for months? What is the definition to a composer that spends years on an overture?

The true definition of creativity is to create without limit. Creativity is the basis for all art, music, photography, and dance. It shapes novels, screenplays, and speech. People from all walks of life can be creative. It is through creativity that someone can find himself or herself, what it means to be truly an individual.

It was out of this definition that the idea for Entirely Creative Magazine was created, a place where creativity in its many forms is celebrated. To show how the creative soul can be expressed and redefined over and over again. How creativity can be passed down generations or how it can touch someone’s life for the better.

It is the hope that readers are inspired, touched and wanting to be creative within their own lives. And within that, the definition of what it means to be creative will constantly be changing.
